Business Digital Project Manager

Job Overview

  • Develop client relationships to manage expectations and provide superior client service and communication
  • Provide end-to-end project management
  • Create project budgets, schedules, status reports, and other support documentation to share internally and with the client
  • Work with team leads to ensure adequate resources are available and assigned to be able to deliver quality projects on time
  • Monitor progress on projects and collaborate with internal teams to adjust, if necessary, to comply with deadlines for deliverables/assets
  • Manage projects using Agile PM Methodologies
  • Lead sprint planning, retrospective, and sprint demos efficiently
  • Effectively work with cross-functional partners when required
  • Oversee multiple priorities with professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • "Steer the project" - Monitor the current status, determine what’s different from where the project should be and redirect tasks to achieve success
  • Recommend additional projects to clients to help drive growth and achieve company goals

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in a similar role with comparable responsibilities, preferably in a digital agency
  • Education: A four-year degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Skills: Strong technology background; Outstanding presentation and client-facing skills; PMP and/or Agile certification is a plus
  • Other: Some travel required; Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction - We do not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Dev Ops Identity Access Security Engineer

Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Engineering Role
  • Strong Proficiency in XML
  • Ability to read and write in one of the following common programming languages Java, Groovy, JavaScript, C/C++/C#, etc.
  • Functional knowledge of SOAP and or RESTful web services
  • Understanding of Windows Active Directory or LDAP
  • Strong grasp of Access control techniques such as Role-Based Access Control, User Provisioning, Onboarding and SSO
  • Familiarity with Linux, Mac OS and Windows

It would be great if you have some of these

  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  • Java Development
  • Systems Administration Experience
  • SQL Experience with relational databases SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL, etc.
  • Knowledge of Banking industry regulatory environment and risk management practices
  • Interest in DevOps, including tooling and automation

Development Full Stack Developer I

Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in web development
  • Experience in Java development and frameworks such as Spring, Struts, or Wicket
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Backbone, or Angular
  • Familiarity with RESTful web services
  • Proficient in the use of version control systems such as Git

It would be great if you have some of these

  • Understanding of Identity Access Management systems and applications
  • Familiarity with Node.js, PHP, Less/Sass
  • SQL Experience with various relational databases SQL Server, Postgres, etc.
  • Interest in DevOps, including tooling and automation
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
