Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in implementing IT proprietary software installations. Our ideal candidate must be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us, and our clients, achieve business goals.

Skills & Requirements

  • Resolve resource and priority conflicts in accordance with the overall company and project goals
  • Provide end-to-end project management with a specialization in IT software implementation
  • Create and maintain project budgets, schedules, status reports, and other support documentation to share internally and with the client
  • Work with team leads to ensure adequate resources are available and assigned to be able to deliver quality projects on time

Development Java Web Developer

Skills & Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in Java development
  • 3+ years experience in Web development
  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable knowledge of common Java frameworks like Spring, Struts, Wicket or J2EE and Unit Testing frameworks such as JUnit, EasyMock, etc.
  • Strong SQL experience with various relational databases like SQL Server and Postgres, and common usage in a Java environment, e.g.,hibernate, iBatis

You will work closely with our DevOps Lead and Chief Technology Officer in supporting and maintaining various technological solutions to enable our development team to work more efficiently for our clients.

Role Responsibilities

  • 30% - Utilizing an Agile mindset to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support the development team in creating web applications for our clients
  • 20% - Administration of client application ecosystems including Linux/Windows servers and database servers
  • 15% - Assist in the triage and remediation of software Security testing (SAST, DAST, Penetration Testing) findings
  • 15% - Work with our clients and our Development team to evaluate current practices and establish new, more efficient ways of tackling challenging projects and procedures
  • 10% - Provide support to maintain the Site Reliability-related SLAs for our customers
  • 10% - Maintain the internal office infrastructure (workstation updates, network troubleshooting, updating and maintaining asset management tracking, etc.)
